Unos Segundos, meaning the ephemeral and joyful moments when tasting extra virgin olive oils as aromas and flavours come and go, is a project which aims to introduce and share olive oil culture and experience from a different point of view.

Food is culture. Unos Segundos focuses on discovering and selecting extra virgin olive oils to present food as part of a culture steeped in time and place, and in the same vein, connecting with other local artisan producers.
